She was born on September 24, 1914, in Jefferson County, Indiana to Frank & Daisy (Wilson) Taff. She graduated from Bradford High School.
She married Glenn Merle Hall in Bradford on August 2, 1952. He passed away November 3, 2006. She was a housekeeper for several years, homemaker and farmers wife. She raised chickens and sold their eggs for years. She enjoyed visiting with her egg customers. She was a member of Leet United Methodist Church, Bradford.
She is survived by her son, Merle (Sharon) Hall of Bradford; 3 grandchildren, Lisa & Jonathan Hall of Bradford, Michelle (Tim) Schroeder of Toulon; sister-in-law, Genevieve Smith of Bradford; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers, Eugene & Virgil Taff; sister, Kathryn Taff; half-brother, Charles Schneman; and half-sister Frances Schneman.
Services will be Monday, January 14, 2013 in the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home of Bradford at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Henry Hein officiating. Burial will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Bradford.
Visitation will be from 6-8 Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the Grant-Funeral Home, Bradford.
