Born Sept. 1, 1918, in Hooppole to Arnold and Margaret Howell, she married Louis W. Fisher May 18, 1936, in Prophetstown. He died Nov. 2, 1979.
She was a 1936 graduate of Hooppole High School. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are two daughters, Maxine (Larry) Sugars of New Bedford and Charlotte (Larry) Neahring of Walnut; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother, one grandson and one great-grandson.
Private graveside services will be held in the Greenville-Fairfield Union Cemetery, rural New Bedford. A private family visitation will be at the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Manlius.
